Refund policy
READY DECK SYSTEMS LIMITED –
RETURNS, REPAIR, REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICY
Introduction
This Returns, Repair, Replacement and Refunds Policy (Policy) sets out what rights you have when purchasing our modular DIY kit-set decking systems (Products).
Any benefits set out in this Policy apply in addition to rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law.
Repair and Replacements
We warrant that the Products we supply to you will be free from Defects for 3 years following the delivery of the Products (Warranty) This warranty applies to any fault, error, or defect in the Product (Defects). You acknowledge and agree that:

The Products are subject to reasonable wear and tear, discolouration and aesthetic blemishes;

The aluminium framing of the Products may be marked in areas where notches fit together;
-
The Products may be damaged as a result of sharp objects being dragged over or across them;
-
The Products may be affected by varying weather conditions;
-
There may be some movement in the Products once assembled, particularly under heavy use;
And, none of the above is considered a Defect.
If, within 10 3 years after the delivery of the Product, you believe you have a Product the subject of a Defect, you must:

immediately cease using the Product; and
-
contact us in writing at info@readydecksystems.co.nz along with a photo and description of the Defect.
We will then notify you if the Product is covered by the Warranty. We reserve the right to request the Product be delivered to us, in order to accurately review the Defect.
Where you are required to return the Product to us as part of a Defect claim, you will be responsible for the delivery costs associated with this. Please retain any invoices or receipts incurred in doing so.
Where we determine that the Product is covered by our Warranty, we will:

refund the delivery costs of you returning the Product to us; and
-
repair or replace the Product (at our sole discretion).
Refunds
We do not offer refunds of Products for change of mind.
Where we determine that a Product is covered by our Warranty, and we are unable to repair or replace the Product, we will offer you a choice of store credit or a refund.
Returns
Please carefully review the details as set out in our Quotes carefully, as we do not offer returns of products for change of mind.
You may initiate a return where the Product is covered by our Warranty, in which case, the Product will be repaired or replaced.
Important Notes

All returns, repairs, replacements, and refunds are subject to verification and approval by our team based on the provided information and warranty terms; and

You are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the Product to us.
Amendments
We may, at any time and at our discretion, vary this Policy by publishing an amended Policy. We recommend you check our Policy regularly.
